Can a coaching package be canceled monthly? Find out more about the terms and conditions that we set up when our clients and Team Peak Performance Coaching commit here. Whether or not your package is cancelable depends on several factors:
- What specific package did the client purchase?
- The duration of the agreement.
- Exceptional cases.
Which specific package did the customer purchase?
First of all, it is important to know exactly which package you have purchased. The following packages have a duration of three months and work with a one-off payment, namely for providing the service, these packages cannot be canceled after they have been developed:
The duration of the agreement
Secondly, it is important to know the duration of the agreement. As mentioned in the previous paragraph, packages that have a duration of three months or less cannot be canceled every month. However, this is in fact the case for our full coaching. In this case, the price is agreed upon together with the client, based on the requirements and specific wishes of the client. With this package, only the first month is a one-off fixed payment. After the first month, the customer is free to terminate the contract, if desired.
Exceptional cases
In the case of exceptional cases, it is best to contact us. We will then see what we can do to support you. Under exceptional cases we understand:
- An injury that requires the client to undergo serious rehabilitation.
- An illness that requires the customer to undergo serious rehabilitation/combat the illness.
- Purchasing fraud/purchase without third-party consent.
