First of all, a tailor-made nutrition plan is made for the client. After purchasing the desired package, the client is given the opportunity to fill in an accompanying questionnaire. This questionnaire must be completed strictly by the customer personally. On the basis of the answers provided by the customer, we get to work. We then make an analysis to put together an appropriate dietary pattern that meets the wishes and needs of the client.

After a nutritional analysis, we also make a training analysis. The questionnaire mentioned above also contains questions on the subject of training.
