Availability For Questions Or Remarks
With our full coaching, you can of course also count on our online guidance. You will have exclusive access to our coach via WhatsApp. For urgent matters, you can always call or send an e-mail. You can find all our contact details on our website. We will answer all your questions or comments throughout the entire coaching process.
Progress Talks
During the entire coaching process, the client has the opportunity to have online meetings at an agreed frequency. In these progress meetings, the coach and client briefly go over the client’s progress. Things can be adjusted here if desired. The client also gets the chance to ask for an explanation about the schedules or to ask for an explanation about any subject, obviously related to fitness.
Duration And Details
The duration of the full coaching is agreed upon with the client. We offer full coaching for a duration of three months or more.
